Last updated: August 18, 2026. Evolvia365 Studio is currently a beta workflow for PhotoMind analysis, Lightroom XMP handoff, caption generation, metadata preparation, and publishing planning.

Use of the service

You are responsible for the images, locations, notes, captions, and publishing choices you submit. Use the tool only with content you own or are allowed to process and publish.

AI outputs

Photo analysis, captions, alt text, keywords, metadata suggestions, and schedule scores are assistive outputs. Review and approve them before publishing. Verified place context is used when available, but final editorial responsibility remains with the publisher.

Publishing

Publish now and schedule records may create internal queue records. Live Instagram API publishing depends on connected platform permissions and requires explicit confirmation before execution.

Availability

The beta may change, pause, or remove features while the product is being developed. No guarantee is made that pilot outputs are fit for every commercial use case.
