Evolvia365
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026. This beta policy explains how Evolvia365 Studio handles data while the product is in pilot development.
What we process
- Account sign-in data for protected Studio access.
- Early access emails and consent records submitted from the beta form.
- Photo source files that you upload during an active browser session for PhotoMind analysis, Caption Lab, XMP handoff, and publish package preparation.
- Per-image locations, notes, captions, alt text, keywords, schedule records, final export metadata, and final edited export files that you choose to prepare for publishing.
Storage
Source photo uploads are not intentionally stored by Evolvia365 Studio in this MVP. Persistent records include operational data such as waitlist requests and schedule/package records needed for the product workflow. Beta requests may include your name, email, Instagram or portfolio link, creator type, plan interest, and the workflow problem you choose to share.
Final edited exports added to a publish or schedule package are stored server-side as public media handoff files so Instagram can fetch them from Evolvia365 HTTPS media URLs. Treat those final exports as publish-ready public media, not private source uploads.
Processors
Evolvia365 Studio may send image and text inputs to PhotoMind for photographic analysis, to OpenAI for Caption Lab generation, and to Meta/Instagram APIs when an approved publish action is explicitly confirmed.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of waitlist and account records by contacting the Evolvia365 operator. Do not submit private, sensitive, or third-party images unless you have permission to process them.
Beta notice
This policy is an operational draft for the pilot. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before commercial launch.
